1. What we collect
We collect your name, phone number, delivery address and preferred language — the information needed to deliver your orders and contact you about them.
2. How we use it
Your data is used solely to fulfil your orders, verify your account, and contact you about deliveries. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Where it is stored
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase. Access is limited to the Sarko Delivery team for the purposes above.
4. Messages & notifications
Chats with our team and delivery notifications are processed to keep you informed about your orders. Incoming chat messages may be translated into your chosen language.
5. Your rights & deletion
You can view and edit your details in the app at any time. You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by asking us via WhatsApp.
